3. Run - what I want to do. We just bought good running shoes to start getting in shape!
4. Rascal - more specifically, hard headed rascal. What my old voodoo witch woman neighbor yells at her little rat dog when he runs off and she's too fat and lazy to get off the deck and go get him. At least, I think that's what she yells, it's hard to tell with the lack of teeth. But I'm too afraid of her casting a spell on me to tell her to keep her stupid dog on a leash. Believe me, that's a whole other post I'm not sure I want to get into.
5. Rimshot - Superman grew up with a cat named Rimshot, affectionately named after Ernest P. Worrell's dog Rimshot.
6. Roboto - Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto.
7. Rolos - yummy, chocolaty, caramel goodness
8. Rojo - Spanish for Red
9. Red - English for Rojo
10. Ranch - the one and only salad dressing
11. Recycle - reduce, reuse. I love my curb side recycling!
12. Retina - mine are burning (writing this Wednesday evening) and tired.
13. Ready - this is getting hard each week so I'm kind of ready to get through the alphabet and move on!

I walk an hour each morning, but I started running part of the way, okay jogging. I try to do a little more each week. I say in about 3 years I should be running the whole thing - LOL

I so need to be doing the running thing too! I think getting to buy new running shoes might just motivate me! Ha Ha! I can't believe that we are so close to each other. I was actually in Nashville in May. My hubby and I drove up to spend a weekend away. So fun! :-)

I grew up on the same street as Worrell's uncle. He was the strangest dude ever. Not joking. I bet a lot of Worrell's I lost my train of thought. Damn antibiotics.
